**Please forward this email to your playing partner as some of you registered for both you and your playing partner(s) and we may not have their email address.
1. We'll have a TwinCitiesGolf registration table set up inside their cool new Beatles themed log cabin clubhouse. REGISTRATION OPENS AT 10:45AM. Please check in between 10:45AM and 11:30AM. Note that late arrivals will result in players skipping any missed starting holes and joining their paired group because the course is full.
2. Your entry fee includes golf and riding cart. The range will be OPEN and balls available for purchase in the golf shop.
3. Format is 2-Person Scramble with prize payouts for Team Placement and Skins. PRIZE POOLS: 2 prize pools at this event. #1 = Team Placement. Placement payouts are skewed (eg. 1st, 2nd, 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th & 25th places so EVERY team has a chance to win prize money. #2 = Skins ($10 to enter). Team placement payouts will be as golf course gift certificates & SKINS will be cash payout. Please bring $20 cash (per player) to get in on BOTH prize pools.
4. Tee Assignments: Men will play WHITE tees. Ladies & 13 and under play RED tees.
NEW RED TEE RULE: On par 5 holes that are less than 400 yards, the junior/ladies will play from the next further back tee (so that it’s 400 yards or further).
5. Max team score per hole for team scramble format is BOGEY (Par+1) to help with pace of play.
6. For directions to the course, visit the course website at www.MontgomeryNationalGolf.com
7. Please turn in your scorecard in the clubhouse at the registration table immediately after you are finished.
8. Given it is January and winter conditions, there may still be some snow on parts of the course and will play as a natural hazard. Please DO NOT WALK ON ANY PONDS/ICE as it is thin. The ground will be frozen and difficult for tees to stick in the ground so recommend bringing a simulator/winter tee (or plastic bottle caps).
9. Pairings & Starting Hole: Go to www.MontgomeryNationalGolf.com to view your pairings (on the homepage) - please double check the spelling of your player names and reply back with any edits.
Good luck everyone and reply back to this email if you have any questions.
